Customers have 30 days from the date they receive their item to request a return for a full refund.

For a return to be accepted:

  • Ensure the item is in the same condition that you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • Have your receipt or proof of purchase ready.
  • Items returned because they are deemed ineffective must remain in their original packaging.

To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected]. Once we receive and validate your return request, we will provide you with instructions on the next steps:

  • For faulty items, we will provide a digital return shipping label.
  • For unwanted items, customers will be responsible for covering return shipping costs.

Please note: We do not charge restocking fees. Do not send items back to us without first requesting a return, as unsolicited returns will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

To exchange an item, first return the original item you have. Once we receive and accept your return, you can place a new order for the item you prefer.

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, you can expect the refund to be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note: Some banks or credit card companies may require additional time to process and post the refund.
